What we offer

CROSSFIT KIDS AND TEENS CLASSES

Think of it like the gym class you wish you had growing up ! HOT CHOW Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements and scalable for any participant at any level.

CARDIOBURN CLASSES

Think row, run, Assault bike and some body weight exercises in between. Classes are 45 minutes long.
